Our centre for research and development is one of our most recent satisfactions, for it materialises the possibility of making all the necessary tests to advance in the process of creating new formulae using our own animals to research on. The development department is permanently trying and testing new pharmaceutical formulae, the latest generation in molecules and procedures to satisfy the needs and health of the animals in each and every one of our markets. Projects have been put into practise in the synthesis area for some raw materials, as well as the participation in the large and small animals biological segment. Our strategy is to obtain differential products at competitive and accessible prices within our market. Within our line of veterinary products, one of the most outstanding is Parasules inyectable (Ricobendazole 15%), the first injectable Bencimidazole in the world. Many of our products are very well known effective that some multinational companies (like Schering, Fort Dodge and Intervet) have acquired our licence to develop and commercialise our product in the whole of Latin America We seek constant growth by expanding our line of products. That was the reason for our association in October 2002 with a highly prestigious biologics laboratory in Argentina. By doing so, we became pioneers in the Uruguayan market in the offer of a new technology in double emulsion oily vaccines. |
