Mastimic S

Cream for mastitis – lactation period

Formula:

Each 10 g injector contains:

Cloxacillin benzathine… 500 mg

Excipients q.s.ad……………. 10 g

Indications:

Mastimic S is indicated for the prophylactic treatment of mastitis during the dry period, primarily caused by Streptococcus, Staphylococcus sensitive and and resistant to penicillin, Corynebacterium pyogenes, Brucella and Clostridium.

Withdrawal period:

Animals must not be slaughtered for human consumption before 7 days of the last application, or consume milk or send it to industry until after 30 days of the last treatment.

Route of administration:

Intramammary route.

Dosage:

After the last milking, wash the udder and disinfect the nipple. Insert the cannula and introduce the content of one injector. Gently massage the nipple upwards to encourage the product distribution. It can be repeated after 10 days, or according to veterinarian’s discretion.
