Estreptopenicilina Microsules

Formula:

Each mL contains:

Penicillin G Procaine 200,000 UI

(200,000 UI Penicillin G Procaine equivalent to 200 mg Penicillin G)

Dihydrostreptomycin sulphate 314 mg

(equivalent to Dihydroestreptomycin 250 mg)

Procaine hydrochloride 20 mg

Excipients q.s.ad. 1 mL

Indications:

Estreptopenicilina Microsules is indicated for the control and treatment of infections of the respiratory, urinary, gastrointestinal and reproductive systems, mammary gland, skin, etc.

Target species:

Bovine, ovine, equine, swine, canine, feline.

Withdrawal period:

Meat: do not slaughter treated animals for human consumption, before 30 days from last treatment.

Milk: do not use in lactating animals whose milk is intended for human consumption, 96 hours before calving.

Route of administration:

Shake well before using.

Parenteral route, intramuscular injection.

Dosage:

Recommended doses:

Large animals: 5 mL per 100 kg of weight per day.

Small animals: 1 mL per 10 kg of weight. Treatment duration: 3 to 5 days or according to Veterinarian’s discretion.
