In case the serum is frozen, this time will be longer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\"><span class=\"s1\">Homogenize the serum before running the test. Samples must be individually identified.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\"><span class=\"s1\">Use a micropipette or syringe or other system, take 30 \u03bcL of serum and place it on the glass plate inside the designated area. Change of type or material between serum. Stir the plate gently.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\"><span class=\"s1\">Place 30 \u03bcL of Pink Bengal reagent next to each drop of serum within the enclosed area of the plate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\"><span class=\"s1\">Mix each drop of serum with the drop of reagent next to it, shaking the plate with circular movements so as to obtain a circle of approximately 2 cm of diameter, always respecting the limit line of each area.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\"><span class=\"s1\">Shake the plate with oscillatory movements with a frequency of approximately 30 movements per minute, so that the mixture flows slowly within each delimited circle. The plate should be shaken continuously for 4 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">&#8211;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Place the plate under indirect light and read.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>&#8211; <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Record the results. Agglutination reactions occurring after 4 minutes should not be considered.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>&#8211;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Interpretation of results:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">* Presence of lumps: reagent<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">* Absence of lumps: Not reactive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Conservation<\/b>: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">2\u00b0C \u2013 8\u00b0C.
