Neurolytic injection, effective and safe for equine athletes

Formula:

Each 100 mL contains:

Ammonium chloride…………………. 1.5 g

Water for injection q.s.ad……… 100 mL

Indications:
Neuromic is indicated for blocking the nerve conduction, in a non-definitive way, relieving the pain that causes claudication. It is intended for non-definitive blocking of nerve fibers in patients with neuropathies, myopathies, Bursitis, Osteo – arthropathy, etc.

Withdrawal period and precautions:

Its use is forbidden in animals intended for human consumption.

Do not use in cases where blocking may cause aggravation of the original injury/injuries with exercise.

Route of administration and dosage:
Dosage depends on the area to be treated according to professional criteria.
Perineural application: between 2 and 7 mL, depending on the nerve to be treated. Periostitis and osteitis (metacarpal/metatarsal): 5 mL or more, according to the veterinarian’s discretion. Intra – articular dose: 3 to 6 mL, depending on the size of the joint. Intramuscular infiltrations: 5 mL per injection, reaching a total dose of 50 mL per rump, back and spine.
