Clostridial vaccine with botulism

Composition:

Purified toxoids of:

Clostridium novyi type B ≥ 500 DLM /Ml

Clostridium perfringens type D ≥ 200 L   /mL

Clostridium perfringens type B ≥ 200 L   /mL

Clostridium perfringens type C ≥ 200 L   /mL

Clostridium perfringens type A ≥ 20 DLM  /mL

Clostridium tetani ≥ 300,000 DLM/mL

Clostridium Botulinum type C ≥ 50,000 DLM/mL

Clostridium Botulinum type D ≥ 100,000 DLM/mL

Integral anacultures of:

Clostridium chauvoei ≥ 8 µL packed cells

Excipients:

Aluminium Hydroxide 10 % v/v

Saline solution (NaCl  0,85 % w/v) q.s. dose

Thimerosal 0.5 mg / dose

Indications for use:

Immunobiological for the prevention of Haemorrhagic Gastritis, Gas Gangrene, Lambs Dysentery,

Sheep Enterotoxemia, Pulmonary Kidney Disease, Necrotizing Infectious Hepatitis, Botulism,

Malignant Edema, Sudden Death, Tetanus, and Symptomatic Anthrax.

Target species:

Bovine, ovine and Caprine.

Withdrawal period:

Do not slaughter animals for human consumption before 25 days post-vaccination.

Route of administration:

Subcutaneous route.

Dosage:

Bovine: 5 mL

Ovine and caprine: 3 mL

Vaccinate and revaccinated at an interval of 28-30 days, and revaccinate with a single dose

annually.

It can be vaccinated animals from two months old.

Conservation: 2 °C – 8°C. DO NOT FREEZE.
