Internal and external parasiticide for Cattle and Sheep

Inyectable Solution

Formula:

Each 100 mL contains:

Closantel                              15.0 g

Excipients q.s.ad.            100.0 mL

Indications:

Effective against infections with gastrointestinal nematodes, trematodes and ectoparasites of bovine and ovine.

Target species:

Bovine and ovine.

Withdrawal period:

Do not slaughter animals until 42 days after the last treatment.

Do not use in females in lactation period.

Do not administer more than 10 mL per inoculation site. It is not recommended to treat animals tired, thirsty or with prolonged fasting.

Administration route:

Parental, by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection.

Dosage:

Bovine:

Nematodes and Trematodes 1 ml every 60 kg of body weight (2,5 mg/kg b.w.) against Liver fluke from the 8 week, adults and nematodes.

Ectoparasites: 1 ml every 15 kg of body weight against Dermatobia hominis; as a preventive of de Callitroga spp.and Cochliomya spp., repeatat 7 days.

Ovine:

1 ml every 30 kg of body weight.

The indicated dosage can be modified according to the veterinarian’s discretion.
